Plum Sauce Chicken

1. Mix chicken with black pepper and oyster sauce.

2. Air fry at 200°C for 20 minutes.

3. Chop large chilies, bird eye chilies, red onion, and garlic.

4. Sauté chopped ingredients until wilted.

5. Add water and plum sauce.

6. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce, and 1 tbsp fish sauce.

7. Stir well and add lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves.

8. Add the roasted chicken and toss until well coated.
